OBDSTAR P50: Diag only
OBDSTAR does diag only (read and clear DTC). It cannot clear crash for this airbag.
CGDI CG70: Diag only in software, but they can manually repair the SRS.
CG70 adds this airbag part number in recent software update. It will read and clear the fault codes on bench mode.
Same as OBDSTAR, CG70 software will do Diag only. But CGDI team can repair this airbag module manually.
The process involves reading the 95M01 EEPROM data, performing a data correction or crash data reset, then unlocking and reading the 1330A MCU for further repair. Finally, the repaired data can be written back via BENCH mode.
Need to send the airbag module to their factory to repair (not for free). Then, install the airbag module in the vehicle without programming.
