1. Please check the car list first or send your car brand model year and the picture of the dashboard to .
2. Do not work on BMW. 
3. As for Mercedes Benz, there are many different dashboard models for the same chassis number, if the device says "not supported", then it measn this car's dashboard model is not supported, there is no solution for it.
4. As for 2018 and up FIAT/CHRYSLER/ALFA ROMEO vehicles, please work together with the FCA 12+8 adapter, otherwise, it won't work.
