Some users have encountered an issue where CGDI K2 Smart Key Tool loads to the splash screen but then freezes and becomes unresponsive, failing to load the home page. This problem typically occurs after updating to the latest version 4.0.0.
Solution:
The issue can be resolved by reflashing the firmware.
Download the CGDI K2 firmware reflash file

To restore functionality, perform the standard firmware reinstallation procedure.
After reflashing, the device should boot normally without freezing.
