CGDI A2 Update V023: Added GREATWALL Vehicle Series

CGDI A2 Programmer new Version 023 is now available, adding key support for GREATWALL (including HAVAL, WEY, TANK, ORA, LINKTOUR), LINCOLN anti-theft matching, and NETA electric vehicles.
